Dance, move, rave, party, sit, lay, enjoy it HOWEVER that looks or feels to YOU

Open to your own interpretation, you shall be warmly invited to move freely, explore & express in our welcoming safe space, followed by a little light stretching & short calming meditation to ground us back down, to the soothing sounds of the sea...

Everything is optional. Invitations of guidance only. Turn up exactly as you are & enjoy the evening completely as you wish! 

All we ask is that phones are put away & we don't chat whilst enjoying the music. Be present. Otherwise, play how you may!

Do you like the idea of flowing freely with the wind in your hair, bare feet on the soil or sand, around a fire, beside the sea or between the trees?

Join us at the beach down Felixstowe or in the woods, Barham, for our freestyle multi-genre dance experience in space held for you to come explore yourself & your edges or just come have a boogie, in nature & rhythm!

You'll be given your own silent disco headsets, to avoid disturbing our neighbours & you can pump up the volume to your own taste!

(we'll all be on the same rhythmic trip together)

Embrace various rhythms such as ambient, tribal, instrumental, trance, electro swing, dance, electronic, orchestral, dub, techno, house, ethereal, drum n bass, psychedelic, meditation & soundscapes

Please bring a flask/drink with you

Some of us like to take a dip after the evening at the beach, if anyone fancies joining.

Come prepared for the outdoors & stay after for as long as you like!

Join the party! Come get your wiggle on & join the tribe! It doesn't matter what it looks like. Feel the music & move however you damn well please!
