Our unique dance party classes with Latin & world rhythms to wiggle, giggle & jiggle to! Suitable for all levels, all ages, shapes & sizes! Whether you're a beginner, older adult or fitness fanatic!

This dance class has an achievable flow for all, whilst being kinder on the knees & can be taken completely at your own pace, allowing you to move as gently, as flavorsome & as energetic as you feel, taking it easier or upping your game if you wish!

Mondays 10:30am Bramford Victory Hall, Ipswich

Tuesdays 10:45am Trimley Welcome Hall, Felixstowe

Wednesdays 10:30am Kesgrave Social Club, Ipswich

Followed by additional time for a leisurely exit, optional complimentary cuppa & chat!
